- The purpose of Amendment 002 is: Revise the response due date from May 15, 2020 to June 5, 2020. To update industry on the�release of the Air-to-Ground (A/G) Protocol Converter (APC) Draft Spec/IRD 1 (ref attachment Section 1, Table 1 Table 1 � NAS VoICE Acquisition & Market Research Activities, Item 2). The�draft specification, originally planned for release in March, was issued today, April 28, 2020 and this Amendment 002 updates the ""Attachments/Links"" to include the link.
