- The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Resource Analysis Corporation (RAC). The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: Supportability Management Assessment Report Tool (SMART) Software/Content Program License Manufacturer: Resource Analysis Corporation QTY: 1 ITEM 0002: SMART Technical Performance Services Provider: Resource Analysis Corporation QTY: 1 RAC is the sole source for the custom developed and wholly owned Commercial-off-the-Shelf SMART software application and for the services performed in conjunction with SMART. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 and the business size standard is 41.5 (millions of dollars). The point of contact for this announcement is Aica Dizon at aica.dizon@navy.mil.
