Description

This is the synopsis for the annual bulk fuel procurement for the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore (IEG) purchase program.� A Sources Sought Notice for this requirement was previously publicized under solicitation number SPE60219R0711 on April 17, 2020.� The fuel procured from this buy will cover various locations in the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore region of the United States.� The ordering period is the date of award through March 31, 2022.� The delivery period is April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022 with a 30-day carryover.� The methods of delivery will be tanker, barge, truck, railcar, and/or pipeline.� This procurement will utilize full and open competition in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.1 and full and open competition after exclusions of sources IAW FAR 6.2. The total estimated quantities are as follows: Turbine Fuel Aviation, JP8 (NSN 9130-01-031-5816): 400,000 USG Turbine Fuel Aviation, JP5 (NSN 9130-00-273-2379): 263,836,000 USG Turbine Fuel Aviation, JAA (NSN 9130-00-359-2026): 942,074,000 USG Fuel, Naval Distillate, F76 (NSN 9140-00-273-2379): 175,330,000 USG The products must conform to the following specifications: JP8: MIL-DTL-83133K JP5: MIL-DTL-5624W JAA: ASTM D-1655 F76: MIL-DTL-16884P If the company is a designated small business in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, please remember to make sure the company's System for Award Management (SAM) designation is correct in the database.
