- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command 409th CSB/RCO Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of a Catholic Religious Education Coordinator, located within USAG Bavaria Grafenwoehr, Tower Barracks/Rose Barracks Catholic Community. The NAICS code for this requirement is 923110 Administration of Education Programs. This requirement will be a non-personal service contract, solicited proposed services under the authority FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13. �A single Award firm fixed price (FFP), lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. This contract is for one (1) Base Year plus four (4) Option Years for a possible total of 5 years. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria Germany. Description: Catholic Religious Education Coordinator and provide service Support (Tower Barracks/Rose Barracks Catholic Community) USAG Grafenwoehr/ Vilseck. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial services in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-100. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 05/10/2020. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://www.beta.sam.gov The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from beta.sam.gov and to frequently monitor beta.sam.gov for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
