- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, ""Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation document�W9124P-20-R-8788 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Effective 31 May 2018 (updated with Class Deviation 2018-00007). Army�Contracting Command (ACC)�intends to procure�software maintenance under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)�for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. This is a�Brand Name Only Requirement, see the attached redacted J&A. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. See the attached Purchase Description Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror.� Vendors submitting a response to any RFQ that includes a requirement for supplies and/or services that have incurred, or that may incur laps in maintenance support, shall include as part of its response any applicable reinstatement fee(s). Vendors are required to be actively registered in SAMS at: www.sams.gov/. Therefore, clause 52.204-13 System for Award Management Maintenance is incorporates by reference in this solicitation �All items shall be delivered within 30 Days after Receipt of Order (ARO) and shipped FOB Destination to the following location: Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. Early delivery is authorized at no additional cost to the Government. Quotes are due by�2 pm CST Tuesday�May 5th 2020�and shall be emailed directly to: ashley.m.lewis48.civ@mail.mil The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the dated specified for receipt of offers.
