Description

CISS Injury Coding - Amendement 0002 The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to notify potential interested parties that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is in receipt of a Notice and Order from the�Small Business Administration's Office of Hearings and Appeals to formally appeal the NAICS�Code designation for Solicitation No. 693JJ920R000001 (CISS Injury Coding). Accordingly,�all activities under Solicitation No. 693JJ920R000001 are hereby suspended until further notice. While the aforementioned suspension is in place, potential interested parties are requested�to review the attached documentation from the Small Business Administration's Office of�Hearings and Appeals. Any interested party may�file and serve arguments pursuant to 13 C.F.R.�Part 134, subpart C. All arguments must be filed�and submitted no later than 5:00 pm on May 19,�2020. Once a decision has been rendered by the Office�of Hearings and Appeals, NHTSA will issue an amendment notifying potential interested parties�on the resumption of solicitation activities.
