- Description
- This is a solicitation for Services, Commercial, Non-Personal. Contractor to provide all labor necessary to provide the services and expertise necessary for the administration, operation, and management of the Department of Defense (DoD) STARBASE Academy Program at�Vandenberg AFB, California. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).� PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Performance period for this contract is an anticipated start date of�01�Jun 20 to�31�May 21, with four option years to follow. NOTE: Official classes/instruction start date, following a mandatory STARBASE Academy staff training session, is to be 1 August 2020. However, That is subject to change. QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this solicitation shall be emailed to the POCs by 3:00 PM�PDT on Tuesday,�05�May 20. Amendment 01 posted on 6 May 2020: 1. Change the size standard from $15,000,000.00 to $16,500,000 2. Post the Questions and Answers received prior to the period closing. See attachment 5. 3. Correct ambiguities in listed under ""Evaluation Factors for Award"" 4. Post an updated attachment 1 - Vandenberg Air Force Base - STARBASE Academy - Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 6 May 2020 5. Remove the requirement for the ""Organizational Conflict of Interest Form"" listed under FAR 52.212-1 ADDENDUM
