Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MN City: Duluth Delineated Area: North: Starting at the intersection of Martin Road (9) and Midway Road head east on Martin Road to JeanDuluth Road, head south on Jean Duluth Road to Snively Road to Glenwood Street, then east to N. 60 th Ave E., go south on N.60th Ave E to Highway 61. East/South: At the intersection of N. 60 th E. and Highway 61 head southwest towards Duluth on LondonRoad (Highway 61) until Highway 61 runs into Highway 35. Follow Highway 35 southwest to Midway Road. The intent is to include properties along Highway 35 corridor through Duluth. West: At intersection of Highway 35 and Midway Road, follow Midway Road north to the intersection of Marin Road. Closed loop. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2250 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2500 Space Type: Office or retail space Parking Spaces (Total): 8 Parking Spaces (Surface): 8 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 13 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Ground Floor level required Eight (8) secured parking spaces are required for Government vehicles. Additional parking will be required for employees and visitors.
