Description

This specification establishes the requirement for preventive maintenance, calibration, on-site emergency repair service for four (4) each Government owned Optical Comparators at the Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama.� Exact specifications and requirements will be explained in the solicitation.� This procurement is full and open competition.� North American Industry Classification System Code is 333314; size standard is 500.� This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, and 5.102(a); therefore hardcopies will not be provided.� Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation.� Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet:� www.beta.sam.gov.� Estimated issue date is 6 May 2020.� CAUTION:� This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.� Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder�s mailing list.� It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.� Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.� POINT OF CONTACT:� Contract Specialist Kishawn Banks, 256-240-3753, E-Mail:� kishawn.n.banks.civ@mail.mil.
