AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to 1) extend the proposal due date to 26 May 2020; 2) add a DD 1423 Data Item No. A010 to Exhibit A in section J for Government Property Inventory Reports and add that requirement to sections 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, and 5.5 of the Statement of Work in section C (note that these are the only changes incorporated into the Statement of Work); 3) add draw ing 6154430 that is needed to propose on the first delivery order (section J attachment 8); 4) revise the RFP Worksheet for DO 1 (section J attachment 7) to clarify applicable draw ings; and 5) make administrative corrections to the Past Performance Questionnaire (section J exhibit B) regarding the due date and the person it is to be submitted to. Offerors are to take note of the requirement to acknow ledge this amendment as stated in block 11 above. TITLE: N00164-20-R-GW63 � COMPETITIVE - SUPPLIES AND SERVICES � FSC 1427 � NAICS � 332710 Issue Date: 20 April 2020 Closing Date: 20 May 2020 � 4:00 PM EST *** *** This Pre-Solicitation notice replaces Pre-Solicitation N0016420RGP63 to update it with the new number N0016420RGW63 and to provide updated issuance and closing dates The Government has a requirement for various machined products including, but not limited to, milling operations, lathe operations, grinding operations, surface preparation/surface finishing, welding, weld inspection, and material inspection/certification to support various programs. Programs supported could include air and missile defense systems, command and control systems, and sensor systems. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate competitively with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(b)(2) as implemented by FAR 6.302-2, 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government intends to award multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contracts and then compete individual delivery orders among awardees in accordance with FAR 16.505(b).� It is anticipated that resultant contracts will include five-year ordering periods, plus five, one-year optional ordering periods.� Performance will include the following four capabilities: 1) able to handle items that weigh 100,000 lbs; 2) handle items that are 40� long; 3) perform lathe operations on items up to 96� in diameter; 4) handle milling operations on items that are 96� X 96�.� However, there may also be smaller and general machined items required under the resultant contracts. Delivery and inspection terms will be specified within individual delivery order requirements.� First Articles may be required.
