- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution has identified a requirement for a Consolidated Warehouse contract to include the efforts required to design, install, integrate, test, and make operational, one (1) new Consolidated Warehouse System DLA Distribution Korea (DDDK). The requirement will be advertised under solicitation SP3300-20-R-5007. The Consolidated Warehouse is a general purpose warehouse which will be completed in November 2020. This is a two story 250,000 square foot facility. The stack height is minimum 25 ft. from floor level to the bottom of any obstruction. The scope of the contract covers the necessary services, labor, material, equipment and control components required to provide a new automated materials handling and storage/retrieval system for the DLA Distribution facility. This acquisition�is solicited unrestricted pursuant to full and open competition under FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. Contract award will be made on the basis of competition in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 Trade-Off Process. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that contract award will be made in September 2020. The NAICS code and Size Standard are 333922 and 500 employees, respectively. All documents related to this notice will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website. Prospective offerors are cautioned concerning their responsibility to access the website for any amendments/modifications and/or solicitation postings related to this pre-solicitation notice. There will be no advance notification of amendment/modification/solicitation issuance. Prospective offerors are advised to consult the website frequently to check for the issuance of amendments/modifications and/or solicitations.
