- The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement and requesting quotations for the following part: � Item 1)� NSN 4730 01-538-1971 ADAPTER, SHAFT SEAL VENDOR IS TO PROVIDE ITMES IAW USCG DRAWING 47B-MLB 243-10 ITEMS 70 & 71 AND 47B-MLB-243-010 REV V SHT 6 ALUMINUM ALLOOY TEXT GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS ITEM DESCRIPTION ITEM CONSISTS OF A STERN SEAL ADAPTER TUBE AND ADAPTER FLANG; TUBE - INSIDE DIAMETER 3.26, OUTSIDE DIAMETER 3.75 PLUS OR MINUS 1/16; FLANGE - 3.75 THK PL X 8.0 � Quantity: 60 EA $_______ � *ALL ITEMS SHALL BE INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGE IAW MIL-STD-2073-1E METHOD 10 AS DESCRIBED BELOW: � THE ITEMS WILL BE LABELED IN INDIVIDUAL WOODEN BOXES ACCORDINGLY. ALL SEAL ADAPTERS WILL BE PRESSURE TESTED ACCORDINGLY AND INCLUDE GASKETS. INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MILSTD-2073-1E METHOD 10. THE ITEMS ARE TO BBE PACKAGED IN AN ASTM 5118 CARBOARD BOX, IF NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED IN SINGLE PACKAGING. MARKING IAW MIL-STD-129R EXCEPT BAR CODED IAW ISO/IEC-16388-2007, CODE 39 SYMBOLOGY. � Delivery Schedule - Delivery is required by 6/15/20.� Please provide your proposed delivery________ � Used on U. S. Coast Guard Small Boats. �Substitute part numbers are NOT acceptable. ��Inspection and acceptance shall take place at Destination after verification of preservation, Individual packaging and marking requirements and confirmation of no damage during transit. Failure to comply with packaging requirements will result in rejection and nonpayment. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center, Baltimore MD. �� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2020-04 (JAN 2020) and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.� Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The NAICS code for this solicitation is _336611� and the Small Business Size Standard is _1250.�� All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency.
