- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, 100% small business set-aside contract to procure BALL VALVE, QTY 1 EA (see solicitation for details) to be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332919. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is SPMYM1-20-Q-0070 and it is expected to be posted on or around 6 MAY 2020. Quotes will be due by 12:00 PM EST on 11 MAY 2020 and may be emailed to the attention of Ginger Beasley (ginger.beasely@dla.mil). Please make sure that the solicitation number (SPMYM1-20-Q-0070) is included in the subject line of any email correspondence. Emails without subject lines will not be read because of security issues. Vendors must answer all evaluation factors for their bids to be considered viable. Award will be based on Total Lowest Price of material that meets specifications and delivery schedule. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
