- This is a combined sysnopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� The solicitation number is 70Z037-20-Q-PSK26200 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein.� The solicitation document ande incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-63.� The associated Norht American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with small business size standard of 500 personnel.� Only qualified Offerors/Vendors may submit bids/price quotes.� In particular US Coast Base Los Angeles-Long Beach request the following items:� Responsible Contractors/Vendors must provide all labors, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and license as necessary to Repair/Replace HVAC components in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).� All parts or materials that will be use must be equal or better than the current components or parts.� All interested Vendors/Contractors are encouraged to attend the pre-quote/site visit scheduled this coming 20 May 2020 at 0945AM local time; location:� US COAST GUARD BASE LOS ANGELES-LONG BEACH, 1001 S. SEASIDE AVENUE, SAN PEDRO, CA 90731.� Please call Mr. Paul Nelson at (310) 521-6014 for confirmationa and base access.� All prospective Vendors/Contractors must have a current active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award and must comply to all petrinent Federal Acquisitions Regulations, all local, state and other regulations/laws deem necessary for the performance and completion of this project.� The full text of references FAR clauses�can be access electronically at: https//www.acquisition.gov/far.� All bids/price quote will be evaluated base on past performance, technical knowledged, work flexibility in military environment and price (not necessarily in that order).
