Description

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) requires flat-fee Computer-Assisted Legal Research (CALR) services for approximately ten (10) users. Seven (7) users will be at the DFAS-Indianapolis, IN location and three (3) at the DFAS-Rome, NY location as described in the Description of Need (DON).� There is a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods.� Provide your quote in accordance with the Description of Need, item 8�in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation.� Complete details of the required features for this requirement are shown in the Description of Need.� Please Note:� There should be flexibility to increase/decrease the number of users by 20% without an adjustment to the fee. END
