Description

SCOPE OF WORK Louisiana Army National Guard (LAARNG) IT Datacenters ? HVAC Maintenance ? Scope of Work The LAARNG requires preventative maintenance services and full warranty coverage (including parts, labor and travel) on 6 different HVAC units located in Pineville and Minden, LA, IAW manufacturer's specifications.� Vendor must submit verification that they are a member of the Vertiv Partner Program, and must maintain that membership throughout the life of the contract. All 6 units are Liebert HVAC�s. Five units are located at Camp Beauregard in Pineville and one is located on Camp Minden in Minden. Preventative maintenance IAW manufacturer's specifications is to be completed quarterly. In addition to the preventative maintenance services, the providing vendor will also have an on?call (24/7) response capability that arrives on? site within 4 hours of a LANG call? out. The providing vendor must have Liebert technicians qualified to work on the systems listed in this RFQ. The vendor will maintain appropriate bench stock of common replacement parts and have a relationship with Emerson/Liebert to rapidly transport and obtain repair parts. The technician providing the preventative maintenance will be aware of the production nature of the HVAC units and will not shut down the datacenter cooling capability of the unit for more than 20 minutes during normal maintenance. Preventative maintenance will include filter changes, lubricants, a cleaning of the outside condenser, and will follow the current Liebert prescribed inspection checklist for the applicable unit and anything covered in the manufacturer's specifications. The LANG Contracting Officers Representative will be the point of contact for scheduling these preventative maintenance services. They will be performed at an agreed upon time during the month due normally consisting of a Tuesday? Friday workweek from 9am to 3pm. Period of performance will include a base period of 01 June 2020 � 31 May 2021.� There will also be 4 one-year option periods with an overall contract end date of 31 May 2025.
