- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), on behalf of the Department of Veteran Affairs, is seeking offers to provide installation of RO waterline from 5th floor to 3rd floor of Building 58th VA Illiana Health Care System located in Danville, Illinois. The procurement is for labor and material for � RO Line that runs from the attic AHU humidifier to the 3rd floor mechanical room RO system. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item, firm-fixed (unit) price, contract to the a verified service-disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) whose offer conforms to all stated term, conditions, representations, certifications and any other information required by the solicitation, and provides the best value to the Government. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) 238220 is $16.5 Million. All Contractors who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide an offer. Contractors are reminded to provide a completed offer as required by FAR 52.212-1 and addendum, as well as, completion of the Offer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items of the solicitation at FAR 52.212-3 and online through www.sam.gov. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice and is not a request for formal offers. Electronic versions of the solicitation will be available on or around 11 May 2020 and may be obtained FREE at the following URL: beta.SAM.gov and enter the solicitation number. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.
