- Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, intends to award this requirement on a Sole Source basis to Chugach Technical Solutions, LLC, 3800 Centerpoint Drive, Suite 1200, Anchorage, AK 99503, on a Firm-Fixed Price, One Year Support, for SCD Installation Execution, in accordance with PWS. This is a Notice of Intent and not a request for competitive quote other than the Sole Source, Chugach Technical Solutions, LLC. Chugach Technical Solutions, LLC, has performed prior installations and are highly specialized to perform the installation executions. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for single source. No electronic or hard copy of the RFP will be prepared or made available for distribution. Submit Quote NLT 1:00pm, Eastern Standard Time, 12 MAY 2020, or earlier and Upload to NAVWAR E-commerce. website: https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil Include the Period of Performance, Tax ID, Cage Code, Payment Terms, POC, Email address and Phone #. System Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense (DOD).
