- The Contractor shall accomplish the tasks below: �������������� Provide a dedicated Project Manager for the duration of the project �������������� Install the following equipment at DLA ELMR site New Cumberland: o������������ One HP DL380 G9 or most recent version to act as the Edge Availability device o������������ One GGM8000 to act as the Sub-Site Access Gateway o������������ One GGM8000 to act as the Site Gateway o������������ One HP 2620-24 to act as the LAN switch o������������ One HP 2620-24 to act as the Backhaul switch Note: The SDM3000 located at Building 911 connects into Building104 using a Pairgain HDSL modem with Ethernet extender cards.� This is to accommodate the firehouse pre-alert system. Audio for the PA system in the firehouse is transported over base copper between B104 and B911. The Government will provide the required connectivity for the existing configurations between sites. �������������� Make all necessary configuration changes to the Motorola M3 Core at the Master Site in Richmond, VA �������������� Provide only Motorola certified technicians at all sites (Richmond and New Cumberland) �������������� Ensure all equipment installed meets R56 guidelines �������������� Provide Project Management services to manage the timely execution of all project activities and ensure all responsibilities and deliverables are completed to Motorola�s quality standards and as required by the contract �������������� Project Manager shall conduct bi-weekly meetings and provide a detailed meeting agenda with action items for both the government and Motorola �������������� Provide design, implementation and cutover planning �������������� Provide updates on all status and action items �������������� Provide System Engineering services for the final system design, resolution of technical issues, and providing support during equipment implementation and testing �������������� Administer safe work procedures for installation �������������� Develop and coordinate Cutover Plan activities as required �������������� Provide updated system documentation �������������� Updated system diagrams for all sites shall be provided 4) System Equipment Specifications (Minimum Requirements): The Defense Logistic Agency�s Enterprise Core Master Site is a Motorola ASTRO 25 system and is an APCO Project 25 compliant, 12.5 kHz narrowband, digital, single-site, IP-based land mobile radio trunked radio system. Integration of all equipment must be 100% compatible including Information Assurance attributes to the Motorola ASTRO 25 ELMR Core system located in Richmond, VA 5) Deliverables: Upon award the contractor will conduct the following activities within the identified timelines after the effective date of award: �������������� Ship all equipment within 60 days of award �������������� Install, test and optimize all equipment within 90 days �������������� Deliver updated documentation and drawings with 120 days
