- 36C25520Q0398 Notice of Intent to Award The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to: Vital Images, Inc. 5850 Opus Parkway, Suite 300 Minnetonka, MN 55343 For this requirement, Vital Images, Inc. will provide a: Service agreement for Premier level Vital Images 3-D reconstruction publisher s software maintenance and support to include software upgrades and updates, rapid response telephone assistance, access to interactive online portal, Vital U webinars and on-line library, on-line technical knowledgebase, remote support diagnostics. Support Hours: M-F 8:00 a.m.-5 p.m. Also included is hardware support assistance, access to clinical expert for 1:1 application consultation, monthly report and review of issue tracking and resolution with a service account manager. Additionally, Premier level includes 36 annual Education Units, annual technical system review, and on-site assistance for critical issues. The place of performance for this requirement is the VA Medical Center located at the following location: John Cochran (JC) Division, 915 North Grand Avenue St. Louis, MO 63106 The NAICS code is 511210 Software Publishers, with a size standard of $41.5 Million, with a PSC of J070 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment - Automatic Data Processing Equipment (Including Firmware), Software, Supplies and Support Equipment. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a Base Year period of performance of June 24, 2020 through June 23, 2021, and 4-Option Years. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for quotations, there is no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Interested parties may express their interest by emailing a response NLT May 18, 2020 at 12:01 PM CST. The response must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. However, a determination not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
