- Description
- Advance Planning Briefings for Industry (APBI) events are conducted yearly to expand small business vendor awareness of MICC procurements in order to ensure an early, open and meaningful dialogue with industry on a fair and equitable basis. APBI events also provides transparency and mutual understanding of future contract requirements and industry capabilities as well as assists in synchronizing capabilities and resources to ensure Army readiness. Due to COVID-19 concerns, the conduct of physical APBI events has been postponed.� However, in order to comply with regulatory requirements, this year's APBI will be conducted by electronic means to ensure information is still disseminated while COVID-19 safety measures remain in effect.
