- Description
- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to LBL Strategies, LTD, 6321 N. Avondale Ave., Suite 214, Chicago, IL, 60631, for a single training course under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b).� The procurement is for training to provide strategic planners across the agency with a five-day certification boot camp leading to credentials as a Strategy Management Performance System (SMPS) Professional. NGA believes LBL Strategies is the only source reasonably available to satisfy this requirement.� LBL Strategies is the sole provider of the related training materials, exercises, assessments, exams, and activities. No competition is being sought. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any entity that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification no later than 12 pm EST on Monday, May 18, 2020. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
