- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award, on a Limiting Competition sole source basis, a firm-fixed priced (FFP) contract to Stryker Medical for Automated Chest Compression Systems with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities disabled, and ancillary items to include power supplies, disposable suction cups, back plates, batteries, and battery chargers.� The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a corresponding business size standard of 1,250. The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to solicit from and award to one source is in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). �The Government intends to execute this award on or around 13 May 2020.� This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for any future requirements.
