- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Elks National Foundation located at 2750 N. Lakeview Avenue, Chicago, IL 60614, for the acquisition of a social media campaign, through an established partnership with streaming music apps, to garner at least 15 million media impressions. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price, 120 day purchase order.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 ""Simplified Acquisition Procedures.""� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541613, Marketing Consulting Services.� The business size standard is $15 million.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.� A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.� Closing date for submitting a capability statement is May 22 at 3:00pm Eastern Time.� All submissions should be submitted electronically to Amanda.J.VanderVeen@usdoj.gov.
