- Solicitation W911SA-20-Q-3100 will be issued on or about 4 May 2020 and can be accessed at beta.sam.gov.� This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at USARC Facility IL051 located VIETNAM VETERANS MEMORIAL ARC, 18960 S. Halsted Street, Homewood, IL 60430-4167.� The performance period is 1-June-2020 (or subsequent date) to 31-May -2021 with four (4) one year option periods. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged.� Vendors interested in this solicitation should access beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments.� Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.� Amendment 0001 was posted to beta.sam.gov/ on 11 May 2020 in response to vendor questions.�
