- *Amendment 1* The Government has extended the proposal due date from May 26th, 2020 to June 2nd, 2020. One signed copy of the original solicitation N0042119R0011�and one copy of the amendment N0042119R0011 P00001 shall be included with the proposal. Update: The Past Performance Questionnaires are due with-in two weeks from initial request. *Update Notice #3* The Government has extended the date for Past Performance Questionnaires to Friday, May 15th, 2020. *Update Notice #2* The Government Requests that two weeks prior to the proposal due date, offerors should submit one electronic copy through https://safe.apps.mil with the following documents: Table ES-1 (Offeror�s Summary), and Table ES-2 (Relevant Contract Summary) of the Executive Summary tables (Vol 1 ES Tables.xlsx); Table PP-1 (Past Performance Contract Data); and Annex A (CDS for Past Performance). *Update Notice #1* Government has attached Industry Question / Government Answers. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15, the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program (PMA- 226), Contracted Air Services (CAS), Marine Corp Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, NC is requesting proposals for Fighter Jet Services (FJS). The resulting contract is for Fleet training and exercise support through Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) aircraft to the Department of the Navy (DON), other Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies, non-DoD Government agencies, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The resulting vehicle will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Performance-Based, Single Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The period of performance for the resultant contract will have a four-year, 364-day ordering period to be effective on 03 November 2020 and ending on 01 November 2025. This acquisition will be awarded on the basis of full and open competition. The requirement is a follow-on procurement to contract N00019-15-D-0026. Questions regarding the RFP may be submitted in writing to Ms. Sheryl Pope (Contract Specialist) via e-mail at Sheryl.pope@navy.mil no later than close of business 22 April 2020. The proposal submission deadline is 26 May 2020 at 1400 Eastern Standard Time (EST).
