This seems to be an older form that VA no longer uses. Q24a. Could you please confirm that this form does need to be submitted? A24a. Please strike the requirement for a Maintenance Cost Worksheet as listed on top of page 14 in RLP# 36C77020R0005. The document is not required. Q24b.
