- ***Be advised only two (2) representatives per contractor will be allowed access*** REPAIR FIRE STATION 2, FAC 1713 AT DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB The contractor will furnish all mounting parts, labor, tools, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment, and plant necessary to Repair Fire Station #2 at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ.Work shall include but not be limited to renovating rest rooms, sleeping quarters, and mechanical systems within fire station #2. Notice to offeror(s)/supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels the solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Project Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 NAICS: 236220 - Size Standard: $39 Million Dates: ***Be advised only two (2) representatives per contractor will be allowed access*** 6 May 2020 (1400) Arizona Local Time - Site Visit Required Information Due 11 May 2020 (0930) Arizona Local Time - Site Visit All Questions Due 4 Days after site visit Answers to Questions will be posted 11 days after site visit Bid Opening Attendance Information due 6 days before bid opening date 28 May 2020 (1400) Arizona Local Time - Bids Due & Bid Opening A. Sealed offers in original and 1 copies to perform the work required are due by 2:00PM local time 28 May 2020. If this is a sealed bid solicitation, offers must be publicly opened at that time. Sealed envelopes containing offers shall be marked to show the offerors name and address, the solicitation number, and the date and time offers are due. B. An offer guarantee is required. C. All offers are subject to the (1) work requirements, and (2) other provisions and clauses incorporated in the solicitation in full text or by reference. D. Offers providing less than 218 calendar days for Government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected.
