Description

Copper-based wood preservative will be applied to all fresh-cut wood surfaces. PROJECT LOCATION The project is located in the southeast of Section 24 Township 22 North, Range 5 West, W.M., also known as Dennie Ahl Seed Orchard. Accessibility may be determined from maps, which will be furnished by the Forest Service. Project Manager is Mr. Mark Senger, 360-956-2358, or email mark.senger@usda.gov . The Forest Service will proceed to issue a solicitation as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) on or about MAY 15, 2020. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The Forest Service will award a firm fixed-price contract to that responsible Offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is fair and reasonable, and has been determined to be the best value to the Forest Service. Quotes will be evaluated based upon: price; experience, and past performance. The government estimated value is between $25,000 and $100,000. A bid bond is not required. Performance and payment bonds are not required for this project.
