- ITEM:� GENERATOR ENGINE AC.� NSN: �2920-00-795-6627.� P/N:� MS51004-1:96906.� Five (5) Year Long Term Contract.� Minimum Quantity:� 12 Each.� Maximum Quantity: 300 Each.� FOB:� DESTINATION. *** 1. The purpose of Amendment 0002 to SPRDL1-19-R-0340 is to: **** �� a. Dissolve the Small Business Set-aside, and � �b. Extend the solicitations closing date. 2. Dissolve the Small Business Set-aside. �� a. Remove Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside (Deviation 2019-O0003). �� b. Add Clause 252.246-7007, Contractor Counterfeit Electronic Part Detection and Avoidance System. �� c. Add Clause 52.219-9, Small Business Subcontracting Plan (Deviation 2018-O0018). �� d. Add Clause 52.242-5, Payments to Small Business Subcontractors. �� e. Add Clause 52.219-16, Liquidated Damages--Subcontracting Plan. �� f. Add Clause 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns (Deviation 2020-O0008). �� g. Add Clause 252.215-7008, Only One Offer. �� h. Add Section F Narrative, Delivery of Supplies from Foreign Firms to U.S. Port of Entry. 3. The solicitations closing date is extended from 11 FEB 20120 PM EST to 15 JUN 2020. 4. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. *** The purpose of Amendment 0001 to SPRDL1-19-R-0340 is to extend the solicitation closing date. *** 1. The solicitation closing date is extended from January 07, 2020 1:00 PM EST to February 11, 2020 1:00 PM EST. 2. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. ***************** Technical Data is available for this procurement. The solicitation should be released to the web on or about Friday, January 10, ?2020. �THE OFFER DUE DATE IS ON OR ABOUT: Monday,�June 15, 2020.� See the solicitation for actual closing date. �Once available, access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation may be granted via Contract Opportunities (www.beta.sam.gov). See the Solicitation, Section C, Narrative C.5 (Page 10). This TDP is EXPORT CONTROLLED. You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation, via Contract Opportunities (www.beta.sam.gov).� To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link from the Joint Certification� Program (JCP) Home page ((https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) and follow the instructions for completion, noting the� required documentation to submit with the form. Once these requirements have successfully been completed, you will be granted access to the TDP.� If you do not have access to Contract Opportunities, recommend you register as soon as possible The solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique.� After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held.� If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction.� Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction.� Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com.� Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to the Contract Specialist.
