- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); the RFQ number is N00039-20-Q-0008. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541512. The size standard is $30.0 million. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) on behalf of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Front Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following items that must meet the salient characteristics described in the Statement of Objectives.
