(2) Revise the delivery date for CLIN 0001 to 06 NOV2 2020. (2) Add the ""Ship To"" address under ""Delivery Information"" All other terms and conditions remain the same. Please submit offers IAW Amd 1 Solicitaiton N3225320Q0012. **************************UPDATED 30 MAR 2020***************************** The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for VRLA battery handling equipment in support of a Virginia-Class submarine. �The tentative Period of Performance is 08 MAY 2020 � 06 NOV 2022. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-20-Q-0012. �This solicitation will close on 11 MAY 2020, 0800 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.� The solicitation is prepared in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3307 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04, DFARS (last updated 01/23/2020), and NMCARS 18-10. � Please note the following: � ��� �All Solicitation amendments must be acknowledged in proposal submission. ��� �Offerors must submit their proposal in accordance with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation.� ��� �This requirement contains referenced information and data that requires approved access. To obtain access, Offerors must submit security forms and be actively registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Security forms for access to should be submitted as soon as possible in order to obtain access to the drawings and information referenced in the SOW. Please refer to the SOW and 52.212-1 Addendum for more information and guidance.
