Description: The Program Directorate, Light Tactical Vehicles (PD LTV), is conducting a Market Survey to determine the level of interest among qualified small and large business contractors in participating in the property sales or exchanges for non-excess Government property. � This purpose of this exchange is to establish a pool of contractors who are available to conduct property sales or exchanges for non-excess Government property. This program will allow PD LTV to maximize the value of existing Government property by defraying part or all of the expense of obtaining new equipment and systems. �
