Description

The purpose of this Source Sought amendment is to clarify this is a new requirement. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI), Occupational Health Clinic and the Headquarters Health Unit provide basic support to FAA employees and contractors. The CAMI Occupational Health Clinic has a mix of physicians, nurses, physician assistance and other health professionals who provide a varied set of health care needs as outlined in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). The purpose of this market survey is to understand current market conditions, availability, interest and capability in the provision of a firm-fixed contract of Commercialoff the Shelf (COTS) Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software system to support the government�s requirement in full. All interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information. Therefore, any costs associated with Market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested party�s expense.
