- Solicitation Notice Test and Certify Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices Fort Gibson Powerhouse, OK; Tenkiller Powerhouse, OK; Eufaula Powerhouse, OK; Keystone Powerhouse, OK; Broken Bow Powerhouse, OK; Webbers Falls Powerhouse, OK; and Denison Powerhouse, TX �W912BV20Q0074 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Tulsa District (SWT) issued a commercial solicitation, W912BV20Q0074 for Testing and Certifying Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices at multiple powerhouses in Oklahoma and Texas. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business set aside. �The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $16.5M. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, past experience, subcontractors, and past performance. �The anticipated award date is on or about 22 June 2020.
