- SYNOPSIS The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Naval Special Warfare (NSW) has a requirement for cold water dive equipment to be delivered to Virginia Beach, VA. If a contractor has the capability to provide all required equipment and is the lowest price technically acceptable, the solicitation will establish a single award, firm fixed-price (FFP) type contract, pursuant to FAR Parts 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
