- Description
- Provide Post Production Software Support (PPSS) for Phoenix System, Windows 7 Baseline. Tasks include�configration management�(CM) of the system baseline code, software documentation, COTS software, problem reports and Software Change Requests (SCRs). �The contractor shall provide the Government visibility into related Problem Reports and Change Requests. Historically, this is once per year. The contractor shall track Windows 7 IAVAs, Information Assurance (IA) Bulletins, and IA Techtips, as well as COTS vendor security advisories and updates, regularly within the period of performance. The Software Engineering Center (SEC) will work with the contractor in providing access to Windows 7 Extend Support updates. The contractor shall implement and apply fixes for Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) to the system as provided by the Information Assurance Manager. The contractor shall test all Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) to the system. This shall be performed every 90 days, if necessary, in accordance with PEO C3T Policy or policies relevant for Phoenix. The Government expects at a minimum two (2) quarterly releases for FY 20.� Updated anti-virus signatures and tested Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) STIGS shall also be included with the IAVA fieldings. Providing inputs may include providing updates to the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), scan results (ACAS), reports of security incidents, etc. All deviations and otherwise non-compliance with applicable STIGs, Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVMs), or other security configurations and patches must be documented and provided to the Government to show what settings and/or patches could not be applied and the rationale for not applying the configuration/patch. Configuration management may include the maintenance of system baseline documentation such as the hardware inventory, software inventory, network topology diagram, dataflow diagram, etc., as applicable and submission and approval of change requests to the appropriate change control body before changes are made to those Systems. The Contractor shall perform corrective actions based on the POA&M for the PHOENIX Windows 7 Baseline System.
