- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a contract modification on a sole source basis to SEC Contract 50310219P0031 with Pageant Media Limited, 1 London Wall, London, EC2Y 5EA, United Kingdom for access to the EurekaHedge North American Hedge Fund database for hedge fund information for the United States and Canada.� The NAICS code is 511120. �The contracting officer has determined that Pageant Media Limited is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC�s requirement in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) � Sole Source Acquisitions.� The period of performance for this modification is anticipated to be one (1) base period with one (1) year option. The SEC intends to award a contract modification to 50310219P0031 with Pageant Media Limited on or about June 15, 2020. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.� A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by the response date of this notice.
