Description: The 81st Contracting Squadron intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement with Luminex Corporation from 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2025 for XTAG CF Kits. This requirement was determined to be sole source due to the unique capabilities of the kits. Please see the Sole Source Justification for further details. However if you believe you can meet the Governement's minimum requirement and would like to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement of our own for this requirement�please contact the POCS listed in this notice by 20 May 2020.
