- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Department of Veterans' Affairs, James A. Haley Veteran's Hospital (JAHVH) located in Tampa, FL intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract for software support with CONEXSYS, INC, a large business located at 6 BLACKSTONE VALLEY PL STE. LINCOLN, RI, 02865-1162. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their capability to be considered for future procurements. NAICS Code 511210 (Software Publishers) with a size standard of 1,5000 employees apply to this procurement. The equipment and software listed below are manufactured by CONEXSYS INC: BASE AND FOUR YEAR (12 MO) OPITONAL YEARS. DELIVERABLES: HI-IQ subscription software modules, Quality Assurance, Room View/Patient Tracking, Inventory Management, Test Environment, support and unlimited licenses, Qty. 28 Interface Licenses Orders (ORM) from Vista. Qty 6 Onsite Training two consecutive days, Qty 6 PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS: a. North FL/South Georgia Veterans Health System,1601 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608, b. VA Healthcare System 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827 c. Tampa James A. Haley (Veteran Hospital), 13000 Bruce B. Downs, Blvd. Tampa FL. 33612 d. C. W. Bill Young VA Medical Center, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744 e. VA Caribbean Healthcare System, 10 Calle Casia, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00921, f. West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, 7305 North Military Trail West Palm Beach, FL 33410 The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and specifically FAR 13.501 Special Documentation Requirements, where acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, but still require a justification using the format of FAR 6.303-2. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All information received by 10: 00 A.M.EST, 05/19/2020, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
