Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground on behalf of Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier Acquisition Policy & Oversight (AP&O) Directorate, intends to award a ceiling increase under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award will be given to IRON BOW TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, 4800 WESTFIELDS BLVD STE 300 CHANTILLY VA 20151-2299.�The proposed modification will be�a follow-on firm-fixed price contract action to procure Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment, audio/visual equipment, and ancillary equipment.� This procurement will enable upgrades and technology refresh for Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier�s Main Conference Room (MCR), Operations Conference Room (OCR), Small Conference Room (SCR), PEO�s Office, Deputy PEO�s (DPEO) Office, Command Sergeant Major�s (CSM) Office, and the Project Manager Close Combat Squad (PM CCS) MCR.� This J&A is written for the purchase of a Cisco VTC Kit, audio/visual equipment, maintenance and technical support services under the existing contract, W52P1J-16-D-0014-BM15, for a period of 6 months. No further similar acquisitions are anticipated. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability with regard to this requirement no later than 12:00 P.M. EST, 28 August 2020. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be IN WRITING and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via e-mail if the total file size is less than 5MB.
