Description

Notification of Sole Source Procurement.� In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to limit sources�for the construction of a fully functioning Air Force Reserve Command Consolidated Mission facility on Robins AFB.� The attached excel documents will list manufacturers to be used for each of the systems which will have a basis of design sole source intent for the Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Comm, and Conduit systems.� All of these systems are independent from one another, and are estimated by costs seperately.� The design of this requirement�includes 52 separate instances where Brand-Name or Equal identification is made within these systems. The construction contract is planned to be awarded under a full and open solicitation, funded by Robins AFB, GA.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� The submission must be received no later 12:00 PM Eastern Time on 28 May 2020 to Glenn.W.Moon@usace.army.mil.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
