- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sex Offender Services in the Billings, Montana area. These services will have to be provided within a 10 mile radius of the United States Post Office located at 724 15th Street West, Billings, Montana 59102, and within � mile from a MET Transit stop �Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 01, 2020 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on September 30, 2030.
