- Command Maintenance Evaluation and Training (COMET) Team,��Eighth Army G4 �This is a non-personal services contract to provide Eighth Army (8A) and U.S. Army units based in Japan a contracted Command Maintenance Evaluation and Training (COMET) team to assist in the performance of evaluations required in accordance with (IAW) the Army�s Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP), Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and all other applicable regulations.��The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services.� Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
