Description

This contract action is being solicited as a Total Small-Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 561790, Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings, with a size standard of $8 Million. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Contracting Office at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri has a requirement to repair and maintain Kitchen Ventilation Systems on Fort Leonard Wood. The work shall be performed during normal duty hours identified as 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, legal public holidays accepted. All work performed shall be in accordance with the performance work statement. The period of performance will consist of (1) year base year and (4) one-year option years. Place of performance will be at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This contract action will be a firm-fixed price contract. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted under solicitation number W911S7-20-R-0008 on or about 28 May 2020 with an anticipated closing date of 28 June 2020 on the System for Award Management (SAM) website (http://www.beta.sam.gov). For information on how to register your company on SAM, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the SAM Vendor Guide located on the SAM web site home page.
