General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in Tyler, Texas: State:��Texas City:��Tyler Delineated Area: North:� E. Front Street East:� Old Omen Road South:� University Blvd West:� S. Beckham Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 5,371 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��5,371 ABOA SF Space Type:��Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total):��Per City Code Parking Spaces (Surface):� Per City Code Parking Spaces (Structured):� None Parking Spaces (Reserved):��6 Full Term:� 10 years Firm Term:� 5 years Additional Requirements: Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. The space shall be located in a professional office setting. The Government requires a fully serviced lease.� All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are required as part of the fully serviced rent. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Tyler, Texas that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
