Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Stewart, Georgia anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) to execute minor construction, sustainment, restoration, and modernization projects in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) U. S Army Fort Stewart and Hunter Amy Air Field (HAAF) Georgia. The estimated magnitude is more than $10,000,000. The ordering period shall be a base period of 12-months with four (4) 12-month option periods. Individual task order performance time will be negotiated. In accordance with FAR 5.207 (14)(iii), one or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. This action will be conducted as a Construction acquisition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 15, quote mark Contracting by Negotiation quote mark and 36, quote mark Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts quote mark. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 for quote mark Commercial and Institutional Building Construction quote mark with a size standard of $39.5M. It is the Government's intent to utilize a HUBZone Small Business set aside with the assigned NAICS code. The anticipated posting date of the RFP is on or around early June 2020 and will remain open for at least 30 calendar days. Upon release to the public, the RFP will be available at betaSAM website: �https://beta.sam.gov/. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided. The RFP will specify the date and time for proposal receipt. Interested potential offerors are responsible for routinely checking this web site for any possible updates on the anticipated RFP. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Maintenance database prior to award of a government contract, http://www.sam.gov/. The anticipated award date is on or around mid to late August 2020.
