- This is a pre-solicitation notice. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), has a requirement�to supply and install�two (2) natural gas water heaters in greenhouses at its�Dale Bumpers�National Rice Research Center located in Stuttgart, Arkansas.���Contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the installation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220 and is being competed to qualified small businesses.� Contractors shall not directly contact the�facility to discuss this requirement.� During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions.
