This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for construction services.� The USDA-ARS-SEA, Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center located at 141 Experiment Station Road, Stoneville, MS. 38776 seeks contractor services to furnish and apply Bio-Based Roof Coatings and all applicable products on Bldg. #45 metal roof located at the USDA-ARS, JWDSRC in Stoneville, MS..
