- Amendment 0003 is issued for the following: To answer a question about alternate part numbers, see amendment 0003. The solicitation close date will NOT be extended. Amendment 0002 issued for the following: To extend the close date from 4 May 2020 until 18 May 2020. Amendment 0001 issued�for the following: To extend the close date from 2 May 2020 until 4 May 2020. Only electronic submissions for proposals will be accepted. The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE:��������������� Accumulator, Hydraulic INPUT NSN:��������������������������� 1650-01-222-4316 OUTPUT NSN:����������������������� 1650-01-222-4316 INPUT P/N:����������������������������� 3197170-5 � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �70651-03201-105 OUTPUT P/N:������������������������� 70651-03201-105 ESTIMATED QUANITY RANGE:� Minimum 60 each � Maximum 360 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 60 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. These are noncommercial items; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This NSN is a Not a critical safety item. Depot Maintenance Work Requirement DMWR 1-1650-376, Revision Date: 11/24/2010, Change# 1, and all associated Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs) are adequate and available to support the overhaul/upgrade of the subject item. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside solicitation. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. By U.S. law, participation in small business set-asides are restricted to U.S. small business; therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with FAR Clause 52.215-1. Electronic submissions for proposals are authorized and is the preferred method of submission. Proposals should be e-mailed to maggie.g.bevis.civ@mail.mil and lindy.l.pinchon.civ@mail.mil. Proposals can be emailed, hand-carried, mailed via the US Postal Service, or delivered by a commercial delivery service. No fax responses shall be accepted for the initial response. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
